Instructions for compensating MISA eSign USB Token digital certificates

Make sure to connect the USB Token to the computer and follow the steps below:

Download and install the latest MISA Token Manager

Download

Connect USB Token to computer

Keep the USB Token connected to the computer and ensure a stable network connection.

Perform compensation

Check and confirm digital certificate information on the newly installed MISA Token Manager

Change new digital certificate on public service systems (if any)
